I cannot say enough amazing things about Listening to the Rain Inn. Tina & An-ding are phenomenal hosts as they took care of us the moment we booked the rooms. Zhangjiajie is already full of charm, and Listening to the Rain Inn upps the quaint-ness with its allure. It's in an amazing location, with great restaurants (tons of noodle places, and halal too!) within steps of the inn. You can also easily get to Tianmen Mountain and other great tourist locales. Tina and An-ding kept us in check by making sure we were well-dressed for the mountains and the National Forest Park - both days where the weather dropped super low (we were not at all prepared)! And what's even better is when we came back, freezing to the bone, hot showers were waiting for us. It was GLORIOUS! Tina also helped us make sure we had all our tickets (both for the tourist places as well as train tickets) booked. Not only did they help us from the moment we arrived, Tina made sure my next destination knew we were arriving. I had told her that I tried to contact the hotel and couldn't reach them. I was freaking out because I also had 2 seniors with me, and our train tickets were booked. She managed to get a hold of them and let me know the proper address so I could give it to the Didi driver once we arrived in Guilin. You have no idea how grateful I am to Tina and An-ding for doing everything they do and the phenomenal service they provided us! 15/10 would recommend. And I will absolutely come back here another day.
