We had a wonderful stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was great, clean, and complete with toiletries, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also great, with good food to start the day.
We are leaving Hanoi for Sapa, and our bus is scheduled at 9:00 PM, but the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and stay in the lobby while waiting, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Highly recommended!

The room is clean and the hotel is also in good condition. They had elevator, which is a plus, since other hotels do not have. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
