Great i stayed at Woodlands Inn for 6 days on a 11 day trip to India, primarily to watch some IPL cricket and do a bit of sightseeing. The Woodlands Inn was the best place for me to stay with wanting to do these things. The staff are pleasant and my room was small but clean and the water was hot. A nice tea/samosa/cookie, Sri Sabari Tea Stall, and snack store across the road and a good restaurant around the corner called Anjappar. The beach was also not too far away as well as public transport. I would definitely stay at Woodlands Inn again.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Woodlands Inn. My room is small but nice and clean and the staff are pleasant. It is conveniently located to the cricket stadium, which is one of my main reasons for visiting. There is a good tea shop across the road which offers good tea , samosas and snacks. The beach is not that far away from the hotel and can be accessed by walking or other transportation options nearby.
