My stay at Home Away From Home was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and outstanding service. The resort is beautifully designed, with luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that truly lives up to its name. A special thank you to Felix, Grace, and Elvis for making my experience so memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were remarkable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. The resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and personalized service. Whether enjoying the beautiful surroundings, the excellent amenities, or simply unwinding in the comfort of the room, every moment felt special. I highly recommend Home Away From Home to anyone looking for a world-class luxury resort experience in China. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next visit.

We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here

Out of way. Not easy access .. near village

This is a very rural hotel, once you are there you will be staying here! But it’s perfect for a visit to the Zhangjiajie national park. The rooms are great, a lot of attention to details and the water noise is perfect to fall asleep to. The staff are very attentive and want to help, especially Felix, he made a real difference to our stay. The free shuttle to/from the airport/train station was high quality and on time to meet us.

The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).

WOW. The place was so beautiful. It was sat between mountains with the BEST scenes ever. The room we stayed in was so beautiful and had an unreal view of the hills. The food was also amazing. We had certain requirements as we can only eat halal food, and they made sure to accommodate as best they could. Felix and Elvis were honestly so good. The best service ever. They helped us prepare and helped with our whole itinerary to Tianmen Mountains and the Avatar Mountains. From the airport, a driver was provided, and picked us up promptly. The car was luxury. As part of the itinerary, they also booked our tickets to the 2 mountains, and provided us with drivers to and from there. We were honestly stress free and the whole experience was exceptional. Anytime we had any enquiries, we just messaged the team and they got back to us within minutes.

The name "Home away from home" says it all 😊 The host Destiny is phenomenal! He makes sure we are taking care of with all small details, all stuff are super friendly and very helpful from start to finish. Food is simple and very delicious, you had the chance tasting traditional chinese local cuisine fusion with western style. The stay, it's beyond "AMAZING"!!! From Chinese culture exterior to modern spacious suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 king size bed with its own ensuite, totally a secret gem! Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!!

The hotel is truly unique in terms of surrounding and buildings (though it was in a remote area). The stay was an exceptionly experience to us. We were greeted by the manager and sent off by him personally. He was warmth and sincere when servicing us. The overall feel of the stay was marvelous.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
