Our stay at Opera Apartments was perfect. We stayed here for three nights as we were camping in different spots outside of the city, and it was the perfect place to be able to repack our bags, wash our clothes, and relax. The location was perfect for us as it is very close to a grocery store and within a walkable distance to many different beautiful parks and sites. Alibek and his team were so incredibly accommodating and flexible. They allowed us to store our bags safely in between our stays and allowed early check in on all three occasions. We were completely blown away by the hospitality, communication, and responsiveness. They even upgraded our apartment on our last stay. Both apartments that we stayed in were extremely clean and comfortable. We cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much!

Fantastic
Almaty is lovely as it is, but staying at Opera apartments makes it just Location on a park in the city centre. Proximity to well-stocked supermarket, and many cafes and restaurants. Apartment is large, airy, comfortable, with just the right furniture and plenty of lighting. So quiet. Aesthetically pleasing. And the owner is ever so helpful.

Great place to stay, very comfortable, clean and modern. Great location, across from a park and very quiet area. Really great host as well, super helpful and friendly. Well recommended. Close to everything and easy to get to all the great tourist places from here. Some excellent coffee shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away and a very safe area to walk in.

Fantastic
The apartment was modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The management was attentive and helpful. The outside of the building has not yet been renovated but the area is spectacular and more than makes up for that.
