grate place to stay. has good rooms with good views. front office can speak english but lack a little professionalism which may be the unspoken standard of hoteliers in Vietnam. (I can say they lack professionalism because I too am a front office hotelier and I know the basic professionalism required with the job title)

only one person from the front office team is able to communicate in English very well but visiting other establishments in Vietnam, I'd say you're lucky if they can speak little English at all. We didn't get the same room as adviertised in the picture but it was still good. They have a guest room you can use to wash up if you have a late flight but need to check out early.
