Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit card must be in the name of the guest, unless arrangements have been made with the property prior to your arrival date. Please note that cash payment is accepted at check-in for the full amount of stay. Please note that when booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
