Breakfast was limited and they had no menu, and the staff English proficiency level was not the highest. Water pressure was extremely low late at night and location was not near the night market, which was the most happening place at night in Dalat. However, there were quite many shops around the hotel, and staff were helpful and enthusiastic.

Yes. The room is very clean and the staffs are very courteous, friendly and provide excellent services, especially the FD Hoang and the NA Khuong. !

Fantastic The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here.
