Good hotel and close to haram, staff are helpful but the bus times going and coming back to haram are not suitable at all and not on main prayer times. Which means you need to go and come back by taxis or walking

My stay here was amazing, very clean and the food was amazing. The hotel staff were very welcoming. It’s so good that this will be our family hotel choice if stay

Very bad Receptionist

Good hotel and very friendly staff, the reception staff were really helpful including Rami, and the cleaners were very friendly

No Customer Service, Very Suffocating Room, No Ventilation. The toilet was wet and Smelly. Raised the issue with both Hotel Management and Wotif customer service. Nobody provided any responses.

The staff were excellent. Specially Ashia. She helped me move rooms due to noisey neighbours. The only downfall is the the walls are way too thin and i coulld hear everythimg in the next room. Otherwise great hotel clean and great staff.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience much more comfortable. The rooms themselves were a good size—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the location can be a bit challenging. The hotel is tucked away on a side road up a hill, and many taxi drivers weren’t familiar with the exact spot. I also had several Uber drivers cancel because they couldn’t find the place, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, getting to the Haram takes around 25 minutes with traffic. Despite the location issues, the hotel itself is a nice place to stay, especially if you’re looking for good service and spacious rooms.
