Fantastic

Stayed with family

Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe.

The hotel was in a great location. The bag lockers were great for exploring before you’re checked in. Unfortunately the shower door did not work and the water temperature fluctuated. Overall a basic hotel in a great location.

Perfect location for tourists …very close to bus/train stations,restaurants,grocery. The receptionists except for the most senior lady receptionist are very helpful and gracious.I was told that our accommodation was fully paid and that I owe the hotel nothing when we checked in.At checkout, the senior lady receptionist charged us about 37 euros for not using the on line checkout. Didn’t have time to argue with her since the taxi was waiting and I was in pain. Turning over the room key was enough for her.
