Comfortable stay. We like the location as we don’t like staying at noisy and crowded areas. Easy Grab rides to town centre. Buffet breakfast is adequate and appetising. Room is clean and tidy. No complaints about the dim lighting. Bedroom slippers on request. Complimentary bottled water and also in-room coffee making facilities. Strangely there is no hand soap at the sink counter… was told to use the soap (which is actually body soap) in the bathroom… quite ridiculous. The hotel is located in a retail building. However most of the shop spaces are not taken up. For shopping, go to the nearby mall.

Generally a pleasant stay. Conciege is friendly and helpful. As soon as we alighted at the front of the building, he immediately came over to help us with our luggage and led us to reception. We stayed a 2 bedroom suite. No complaints about the lightnings as I prefer rooms that are dimmer. Decor is pleasant. Room is also clean and tidy. Bedroom slippers are upon request. There is a coffee maker in the room.

location is near restaurants and Cafes and a shopping mall in a housing estate. Staff is helpful and polite. Room cleaning a little slow. Breakfast standard is acceptable. No egg station. Room has ceiling fan!

Clean and spacious room with a modern design. The bed was super comfortable — had a really good sleep! The bathroom is stylish and spotless. Location is convenient. Free parking at the back. Breakfast was great. Overall, have a pleasant stay.

1969 Ipoh Garden offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the hi-tea was disappointing, consisting only of biscuits and tea, which lacked variety. A good choice for accommodation, but the hi-tea experience could be improved.

I would really recommend and will visit this hotel again if I go to Ipoh. Location wise is consider convenient, close to Lost World of Tambun. Not far from all the tourists spot.
Staffs are helpful and attentive. Most importantly is their room are clean, no stains, no bad smells, everything was great. Please keep it up.
