place is a bit old, limited options on breakfast buffet , but staff are very accomodating, check in and checkout is very good, suggestion the hotel has a lot of potential ,i think needs maintenace and a little upgrade on food choiced and facilities

We had a great stay at Canyon Woods. It’s the rainy season so we didn’t get the chance to walk around. But we had a great time at their game room. There were nice games like the air hockey and the Xbox 360 kinnect that really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. The place was quiet and filled with trees. I loved it!

We had a relaxing stay at Canyon Woods Resort in Tagaytay. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the greenery. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, great for a quick Tagaytay getaway. Clean rooms, relaxing vibe, and acceptable food. Perfect if you just want to rest and enjoy the cold weather.

the place is huge, staff are friendly, buffet breakfast is ok for the price. The atmosphere was quite scary bcoz the place is quite old and only few guests when we visited. I like the fun zone, tried air hockey, the pool needs cleaning

The place is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly understanding, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. Even though there were only a few guests, they still prepared a full buffet for us, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the swimming pool. It would be helpful if they installed a net or took additional measures to keep flies and other bugs out, as there were quite a few insects in the water when we planned to swim in the morning. More frequent cleaning would also improve the experience. Another concern was our room. There was a connecting door beside our next room. Although it remained locked, we could occasionally hear noise from the neighboring guests through it, which affected the room's privacy and sound insulation. I'm not sure why the connecting door is there, but better soundproofing would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, our experience was very good.
