such a wonderful experience with the best Mountain View.. as for the owner and the management they were very approachable and considerate.. they even gave us free room to leave our luggage when we checked out early

the room we booked was clean and wide. def. comfortable. although we were not aware that it was down in an alley, it is okay as the hotel helped us in getting our baggages up and down the road. hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating. Recommend.😊

The stairs going to the hotel from the main street were a struggle, especially we were bringing a luggage. But fortunately, their staff was very accommodating and helpful that they helped us bring our luggage starting from the lobby to our room when we checked in, until out to the street when we checked out. Reception was very responsive and helpful. Hot water of the shower was a little bit tricky to figure out. The AC was also a little bit tricky to figure out. The view of our room was great! The bed also feels nice.
