I had a pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful, quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages was its location—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.

the hotel is perfect, the only thing is quite far from concert venue, but it is okay since singapore has the best public transportation in the world. I also booked Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour last year via Klook, but this time around is so much better, last time with Taylor, check in situation was chaos at the Hotel and the Hotel is just standard. now with Lady Gaga the Hotel is great and check in situation is smooth, I can rested about 2 hours before going to concert venue. Best experience this time

Thank you, Citadines, for providing a clean and comfortable room for our stay. Special thanks to Adhli, who—despite a bit of back-and-forth—managed to help us with our early check-in request, which we truly appreciated. The location is more business-oriented, being near office buildings, so it may not be the most ideal for tourists. However, food is accessible, and with Kent Ridge MRT nearby, it’s still fairly convenient for getting around. I really liked the eco-friendly water refill system—it’s both sustainable and user-friendly. That said, the overall concierge and front desk experience felt a bit lacking. Compared to service in other countries, the warmth and small gestures that elevate a guest’s stay were missing. A bit more attentiveness and friendliness would go a long way in creating a more welcoming atmosphere. All in all, still a pleasant stay—thank you!

cleanliness: hotel room is in tiptop shape, everything is clean and the interior is well designed which makes it pleasant to stay in the room. The room also has everything that you need (shampoo, conditioner, slippers, blower, etc.) I had a nice experience staying in this hotel. The hotel has free water also, which is a big help.
