interesting one-of-a-kind experience that I think everyone should try! customer service is quite prompt as well. there's coffee and tea and ice available at the front desk. Changi beach is just around the corner and it's good fun exploring it. you can see birds like hornbills gathering together, or cockatoos. you can BBQ outside the room as well, though the pit is not very large and cannot mass cook at one go.

Fantastic

The whole atmosphere was such a vibe. Waking up early in the morning surrounded by nature, listening to the sounds of tropical birds, planes flying overhead was incredibly calming & relaxing. It was a great idea to set up a catch-up session combined with a mini birthday celebration here. One downside was that it was almost impossible to get a taxi from The Bus Collective location, possibly because many drivers are still unfamiliar. There’s no need to stress yourself by bringing too many bulky items from home as Changi Village is just a 5minute walk away & offers plenty of affordable options. The room was a humble and cosy space. I would say some maintenance touch-ups are needed to help maintain the overall standards of the place but it still provided a comfortable stay. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor space! Overall, I’m really glad I chose The Bus Collective for this stay. It was a unique experience and a wonderful place to create memories.

there’s a small area to play badminton but if they can have more entertainment within the compound eg table tennis will be better. very near changi food village (1 min walk) and the beach (6min walk). bed was abit too soft. we ordered the bbq set and it was delicious. a fun experience

Stayed in bus 205 (round queen bed with shower and bathtub). Pros: Great location, right beside Changi Beach Park, Changi Village Hawker Centre. Bottled water, coffee/ tea sachets, towels, toiletries provided in room. Coffee machine, ice maker available at concierge. For additional charge, The Bus Collective also offers BBQ set, mini bus booking, special event decorations. Some buses are wheelchair-friendly/ pet friendly. Cons: Room floor, surfaces were a little grimy, do wipe down with wet wipes if you are particular about cleanliness. Tap fixtures were loose, would benefit from some tightening/ securing, but does not affect functionality.

i stayed with my family and toddler. we enjoyed the rustic , laidback feel of the place! The place is convenient with changi village hawker next door, easy to get dinner and breakfast. you can see sunrise from the changi beach nearby too. we had BBQ which is quite fun. we bought the bbq package from the restaurant. i’d recommend bringing extra plates, firestarter, lighter and tongs. inside the bus was clean but i recommend bringing indoor slippers too. overall, we had good stay.

was quite a good experience despite some hiccups. the bus was spacious and quite clean, there were two tvs but the one at the bed had very bad WiFi connection so couldn’t watch much without interruption. the other at the driver seat worked fine. some inconveniences with the sofa bed but staff helped a lot to make the situation better. the buses were right next to changi village so that was a definitely plus. you could also bbq at your allocated buses which I saw a few groups doing. so the concept is innovative and fun even for bigger groups. a wish list is if there double deckers. would recommend family and friends to try out.

Perfect weekend or 1-2N staycation spot to get away from the city and enjoy some laidback nature and food on Singapore's eastern end. Situated right beside Changi Village Hawker Centre, there is no shortage of food options ranging from Satay Beehoon to Seafood to Chendol and Nasi Lemak. A 5-min walk to Changi Beach Park where it was fairly quiet even on a Sunday, making it a nice place for the kids to run/cycle/scoot around (there is a bike rental shop offering quite a variety of bicycles including the family/4-seater buggy-type cycle) without the crowd you'd get at East Coast Park or even Pasir Ris Park. Staff were impeccably friendly, approachable and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. There is parking on site with a $20 charge for overnight parking. The bus/room itself was clean, including bathroom and toilet and there is a verandah area to eat and relax. No fan in the verandah area though. All in, my family and I had a great time and would recommend.
