I am American and after reading some Google reviews got worried that check-in would be confusing w/out a Korean phone number, but it ended up working out just fine! Arrived and there was a sign with a WhatsApp phone number that we texted and quickly got the code to our room. We were on the 20th floor so the view on gamcheon village was awesome. We were also able to use the in-room washing machine which was great (I txted and asked if it could be used and was given the okay).

This is my second time booking with Radiant Nampo hotel. The location is great, near the main BIFF tourist attraction and shopping, restaurants. and food stalls. Easy check in/out process and they provide free luggage storage. Just a recommendation about the type of beddings and pillow cases, it can be changed to a softer type. Additional, it will benefit if there are utensils and/or glasses/ mugs the guests can use. Still, a wonderful stay as always.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and communicative via whatsapp. The Security was not so communicative due to the language barrier but was friendly overall. It was nice that they were responsive and attentive to our needs as guests

The room is same as what’s on the photos, very nice and clean. The location is nice too since it’s just a few steps to Jagalchi station exit 3. BIFF and Jagalchi Market are very close too. Foreign tourists should not worry about checkin as long as you have kakaotalk, whatsapp or line apps. There’s a tarpaulin notice at the building lobby on how to contact the host.

The location was good, very near the subway and bus station. There was a night market right outside the building. The place was clean and provides luggage storage. However, I expected to be able to use the washine machine but it was not available for use.

The location is great as it is near the market and a subway station. However, this is a self check-in hotel. They don’t have a front desk or any staff that is available onsite. You have to reach out thru whatsapp. Had a bit of an issue with that as some instructions weren’t clear such as the passcode to the luggage area. Wasnt also informed ahead of time about the common space for microwave. You also cannot use the washing machine in the room. It’s additional service you need to pay.

it is a great hotel if you plan to have an overnight stay in Busan, it is near BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Place is cozy and clean. It is also near a bus stop and subway station. Only downside is that it is contactless, so no in-person staff and you have to connect via Line/KakaoTalk to have your room reservation and password and other questions. Make sure you have the app and account. Fortunately, staffs are responsive. Also they don't provide toothbrush but give 2 bottled water. so far it is a great stay!
