The hotel is very clean, the staff provide good customer care, and there is a great variety of food available. Overall, the facilities and service were good. However, during the airspace closure in Dubai, many guests were stranded, including us. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to reduce the room rates despite the exceptional situation we were facing, which was disappointing. Greater flexibility during such circumstances would have been appreciated
