Lovely hotel with balcony for views and drying clothes! Central location, accessible to everywhere, nearby tourist attractions including Lake Hoan Kiem, restaurants, laundromat. Staff were so friendly, obliging and spoke excellent English. The stay was made so comfortable and memorable. The only small gripe would be not having two entry keys, but is easily over come with caring staff.
