Fantastic The staff were very helpful in both the checkin and out process.
We loved the swimming pool, it was very relaxing after seeing the sights.
We had adjoining rooms which was the ideal set up for my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 11 & 14).

Fantastic We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and there were great storage options. We had enough space to move around. Housekeeping came every day to do the bed which we weren’t expecting were pleasantly surprised by. The bed was really comfortable as well and the pillows were okay but a little too soft. There was great natural light coming into the room, the mirror above the sink was adjustable which made it easy to get ready in the morning. There was a cold water dispenser outside of the room which we were able to use, that was very handy. The TV was a little bit tricky to use because we were trying to screen mirror to phone however reception were very helpful and were able to resolve the issue for us very quickly. They also have a spa downstairs, we didn’t have enough time to use the facilities but it looked great. I really wish we had time to do that. The coffee was also really really good, nice and strong and rich. They also have a fantastic restaurant area. It was a lovely hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Good Very small room in an area that didn’t feel particularly safe. The bed was comfortable and staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant wasn’t enjoyable and we wouldn’t return.

FantasticStayed with kids
The hotel was beautiful and calm amidst the chaos of Paris. We really enjoyed coming back after long days in the city. Very clean. The breakfast was not the greatest. But otherwise we loved the hotel.

FantasticStayed with partner
We were very comfortable there, it was a great place to stay and near by Gare du Nord. They helpfully arranged an early lift to CDG Airport.
