Hög ljudvolym i spa avdelningen och för få relaxstolar. Mycket dålig ventilation på rummen, i övrigt ett trevligt boende.

Hotellet havde lukket af for café og restaurant under vores ophold, men en overnatning kostede alligevel 3.200 kr. Vi bookede i juni måned under Folkemødet, men ikke i denne forbindelse. Spisestederne var lukket med den årsag, at "man ikke vurderede, der ville være spisende gæster". Hvilket måske også var rigtig nok, for hele hotellet var fyldt op med politifolk, ambulancefolk og amerikanske soldater. Men man får oplevelsen af at få en "halv hoteloplevelse til overpris". Vi kunne knap nok få en kop kaffe ved ankomst. Restauration og café er en stor del af stemningsoplevelsen ved et hotelophold og man burde som minimum have oplyst herom inden ankomst, så vi kunne have valgt et andet hotel.

The staff was very helpful and kind We loved the balcony with seaview and stunning sunrise. Needed to have the balcony door open at night because the room was to warm. The spa was nice and relaxing, the temp in the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer.
