I stayed overnight and overall had a good experience for the reasonable price. The room view was awesome and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The room itself was clean, though the bed condition could be improved for better comfort. The aircon was slightly loud at times but still manageable. Parking isn’t included, but the rate is affordable at just $4 per entry or hourly $2. Service information was clearly provided, which made things smooth and easy. The lift is a little slow, but since this was just a short overnight stay, it wasn’t really an issue. A decent stay with great balcony views, just a few minor areas that could be improved.

Residence beside Melaka river. consist of a mall in the building. Food shops, convince shops nearby. KFC, STARBUCKS, SUBWAY and local food available. Easy to head to the tourist spots by following the river or river cruise. Room is well maintained. Sky lounge available for dinner and drinks 😊
