The Hotel grants the Client permission to conduct photo and/or video shoots on the premises, provided the applicable fees are settled, and the Client adheres to the following guidelines. The photoshoot fee is Php 10,000.00 nett for a 6-hour shoot. The Hotel reserves the right to halt any shoot in the event of heavy foot traffic in public areas or if the shoot disrupts hotel operations. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum and should not disturb hotel guests. The Hotel may stop any shoot if disruptions are evident.

Photoshoots may only take place in locations designated and approved by the Marketing and Communications Department. Photographers, production and styling teams, and all crew members must be in proper attire (no slippers, sleeveless shirts, or sando for men). Set construction and alteration of hotel property are not permitted. In the case of heavy foot traffic in public areas, guests will be requested to move their photoshoot to a less busy area of the hotel.
