1 pool for the kids quite big and another for the adults. During peak time the elevators are very full, drawback for the elderly. Took my breath out for the stairs

Check in information on whatsapp is superb, very detailed. You won’t get confuse doing self check in. However Klook doesn’t cover the registration with the management (have to register yourself with the residence management to receive self check in information on Whatsapp otherwise you won’t be able to collect key) We were shocked being told that our booking couldn’t found in their system, luckily it’s only oversight. After check in everything is good, clean environment, prompt reply on whatsapp when requesting extra towel and blanket, tv media have a lot channels available, in room corner very clean and tidy. The few downside is that during check out time, all lifts super occupied, we waited 5 mins couldn’t get into one at all, eventually walking 13 floors down to the car park, luckily we only stay 1 night with light backpack. Secondly, I’m strongly suggest to have peephole on door, when people knock the door we have no idea who’s knocking. Other than that, it’s a good stay.

Nice, quiet location. Easy to self-check in and out. Walking distance to amenities. The apartment is cosy, clean and has a great sea view. Will come back to stay again if I'm back to Melaka
