We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights total. Excellent services- 10/10 for Chloe (Huyền). She greeted and took care of all our needs. Always provide service with a smile. Location is quite near most the points of interest in the Old Quarters (within walking distance). Clean room with white towels. All the amenities are up to date and work flawlessly. Thanks for everything especially accommodating with the discrepancy with the booking about the breakfast. I would definitely Stay here again. Davie
