* Friendly Staff: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, making me feel comfortable and well looked after. * Clean Room: The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. * Soundproofing: It would be better if the rooms had improved soundproofing. I could clearly hear the neighbouring room’s door opening and closing throughout the night, which was quite disturbing and affected my sleep. * Overall: I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service. Improving the soundproofing would make the overall guest experience even better and more comfortable for everyone.

walking distance in pratunam. about 10 minutes walk to BTS. very accomodating staff. they also provide 2 500ML waters per day and will clean your room if the make up my room is on

very nice hotel. it was so clean and They provide daily housekeeping, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent—it’s close to everything in Pratunam and very convenient if you enjoy walking. The only downside is that Grab cars can have a hard time getting in, especially during peak hours, because of the traffic and the hotel’s location in the alleys.

Great value for a hotel that it's at the heart of Pratunam. Convenient to the airport and anywhere else around in Bangkok. The room is cozy and clean though it could do with carpets in the room. Everything is functional.
