cleanliness: clean and good ambiance also our room smells good hotel location: easy to locate, safe area to stay, near red light area and Korean town service: attentive to your needs, good service breakfast: breakfast buffet, enough to start a day.

Checked in here to attend a wedding in Clark, and the location was very convenient, around 10-15 minutes from the venue. The area was quiet and felt safe. Parking is a bit limited, but the guards on duty were very helpful and assisted guests well from parking to check-in and check-out. They also have an in-house restaurant that provided fast room service. The room we got was much bigger than expected and very well-equipped, especially for longer stays. It had a full-size refrigerator, induction cooker, rice cooker, toaster, utensils, plates, cooking pans, and kitchen tools. The phone in our room didn’t work well in connecting us to the room service or even the reception, so we had to order food in person. Breakfast was good overall. They had a buffet set up during our stay. The coffee could be improved and hopefully made a bit stronger taste. Still, it was a comfortable and practical stay, and I would recommend it to people looking for a place to stay in the area.

Affordable but impressive

this is not a 5 star hotel but surely its a 5star exp for our family! Room was clean and spacious plus points for long stay kasi pwede magluto with utensils na din! Staff were all nice. Kids enjoyed the pool nice din kasi may floaters! We’ll surely come back! Suggestion lang pls work on the edges of the pool because it can cause major wounds dahil super sharp. TIA!

Our recent hotel stay was truly a pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel lobby was clean, elegant, and well-organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere. When we entered our room, we were impressed by how spacious and tidy it was. The bed was soft and comfortable, the linens were fresh, and all the amenities we needed were thoughtfully provided. It was evident that the hotel prioritizes cleanliness and guest satisfaction. One of the highlights of our stay was the peaceful ambiance. Despite being located in a convenient area, the surroundings were calm and quiet, allowing us to rest properly. The facilities were also well-maintained, and everything functioned perfectly, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel staff consistently showed professionalism and courtesy.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Helped us with our needs (which is early check in as we had an early flight coming back from another place, so we didn’t get any much sleep), they get us a room ready right away. I am really grateful for how helpful they are. When we walked to the room, it was clean and smelled fresh. The ambiance of the room was cozy and relaxing. The room was modern and chic. The hotel was near SM which is very convenient. There are a lot of laundry services nearby also. The transportation going around is very easy to access, you can call a tricycle, grab or taxi. If you don’t have a grab app, you can asked the staff to book you one and pay the driver in cash. Very easy and convenient.
