Our stay at The George Penang by The Crest Collection was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every staff was warm and accommodating, greeting guests with a smile and making sure we were well taken care of. We booked the Deluxe Twin Room, it exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The bathroom was equally generous in size, and we loved the Japanese-style electronic toilet. Walking through the hotel feels like visiting a museum, with elegant décor and carefully curated displays that reflect Penang's rich history and culture. Its location is also excellent, with many of George Town's heritage attractions, within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Penang. We highly recommend The George Penang to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel location was very central and easy to walk to and from destinations. There are many food choices around the area. The service of the staff was impeccable, especially during breakfast. They had custom daily noodle station, egg and toast station. This personalized service reflected the hotels star rating. Not only did the make the food for you, but also served it to your table. Therefore you could start eating or look around for more food at the buffet. There wasn't much of a view from our room as there was construction next door. We noticed there laundry mat. I enjoyed the middle pool section. When every I walked through the hallway I would see the clean sparkling blue pool. This motivated me to use the pool twice during my short stay.
