our flight was delayed & we arrived around 9pm on nov 1. At first they couldn’t find our 2 room booking but it got ironed out after a few minutes. I requested a late check out on our last day & Doha said yes for late check out at 3pm with no charges since we arrived late on the first day. That was a very nice gesture since our flight out was still at 8pm. breakfast was good. service by all the staff were good too.

I enjoyed my stay with Chatrium, we stayed here for 3 nights and the staffs were welcoming and very hepful. Our room was spacious and I very much appreciate the bathroom since there are 2 sinks and the toilet and shower are separated. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and minibar daily, and I like the macaron served before our departure. I also enjoy the breakfast, since I am a muslim, I really appreciate that the separate the pork dishes from other dishes that can be eaten by muslims. They also provide buggy services to Siam Paragon which makes the experience more convenient.
