Pros - There is international plug in the room and is sufficient (4~) for 2pax - Room is spacious and clean - Gym and onsen is well equipped - The Den lounge also well equipped with coffee machines and water 24hrs - Shuttle bus service arrives on time on 30 mins interval - We stayed closed to the lift and was not disturbed by noise at all - Toilet amenities is provided - There is connecting room for twin bed and king bed - Prompt to fix our reported issues Issue 1: Although connecting room has been allocated, one of the door cannot be opened they managed to fix on Day 2 Issue 2: Water pressure is not strong on Day 1, after we commented they fixed it on Day 2 Issue 3: The water only turns hot when adjust all the way left, after we commented it is working properly on Day 2. But the same issue came back Day 3 and Day 4 - Firmness on the bed is just right, hotel provided one soft and hard pillow

PART 3 - The breakfast menu does not have a lot of selection and 70% do not change everyday. - The toilet bidet for the public is is automated warm but the hotel room bidet is the built in spray version - There is social nights happening in the lounge (The Den), but it would be great if they extend to later timing) - Hair dryer is Panasonic but not strong enough - The link bridge from tower 1 and tower 2 is not built so we always have to go thru lvl 1 unsheltered - The pillow smells funny when we first checked in

PART 2 The staffs seems to be under trained, my hotel card is not working everyday for my entire 4 night stays. The reason they gave when I questioned day 3 - 4 night is different: card battery dies, the card requires me to update every night which is nonsensical because I booked 2 rooms and the card for the other room has no issues at all. - Requested help from the receptionist to book a massage and update us the details after we are back at the counter. When we headed back to the counter no one in the counter knows about the request. It was not well communicated between them - Oh do not need to ask anything with the tower 2 receptionist because all my issues like card issues or request just redirected me to tower 1. All they do is redirect.
