I initially booked this hotel for just one day, but I was so impressed with the staff and the atmosphere that I extended my stay for another three days. The experience was incredibly comfortable, and the staff exhibited exceptional politeness and expertise in hospitality. They were attentive to feedback and continuously sought ways to improve. The reception team was exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Additionally, the kitchen staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, customizing meals according to my preferences. During breakfast, they accommodated any restrictions I mentioned, and Mr. Samoum, during dinner, was particularly attentive to my specific requirements. Their professionalism and excellent communication skills left a lasting impression, and I eagerly anticipate visiting this hotel again in the future. Moreover, the rooms were very clean and spacious, with beautiful wooden furniture adding to the overall authentic charm of the hotel. Furthermore, the travel assistance team was remarkably helpful, efficiently managing and arranging all my travel requirements in a very short time. Their promptness and effectiveness in addressing my needs added to the overall exceptional experience at the hotel.
