Love this hotel! from welcome drink, from the great hospitslity, to the very clean pool, amazing breakfast and even checking out gave out the best service everyone shall experience! 100% recommending this hotel.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The only downside was there were no elevators so I had to carry my luggages up to 4th floor haha.

the locaion is far from the city. if the hotel can bring shaptels to the city it will be grite

We stayed at Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem for 6 nights from October 25 to October 31, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a standout. They changed the menu every day, so it always felt fresh. The location is also a big plus since it’s very close to Maya Mall and One Nimman. A great place to unwind and explore the city. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing, so close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was yummy everyday we were there. The room we booked was clean and spacious, always excited to go back after a long day.

This was a last minute booking, so everything was better than I could have expected for the price I paid. Outstanding.!
