It is very beautiful hotel. The moment we step in, it felt very festive, just nice as it was the Xmas season. The staffs were very welcoming. They asked if we have any special requests and acceded to them. It is also direct link to the mall, lots of eatery and bars.

We had a really pleasant stay. Check-in was really smooth, we did arrive early at 12pm but got the room key by 1pm. Super convenient access to Sunway Pyramid mall. A lot of variety for breakfast although restaurant is at another hotel so a bit of a walk and not very wheelchair/stroller friendly.
