One World PJ is one of our favourite hotels, it has always met our expectations whenever we stayed there. The complimentary mini bar is well stock, a pleasant welcome gesture. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious.
The staff from front desk to concierge to housekeeping are wonderful, always courteous, helpful and efficient.

The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional, making the stay truly enjoyable. The location was excellent with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, an outstanding stay and excellent value for money.

The 1 Avenue hotel got a good service and the room is clean. Easy access with the Mamak shop if your Hungry in the midnight. nearby in Bandar Utama Mall.

I stay at Armada Hotel, PJ about once a month for my business trips. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay, good service, and convenient location. The rooms are clean, and the staff are generally helpful.
However, one recurring issue needs urgent attention — the bathroom sink is consistently clogged every time I check in.
I hope the hotel management can look into this matter and fix the sink clogging issue as soon as possible. It would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

The room was cutely decorated and clean. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was no shampoo or body soap provided. There was no hot water in the shower.
