we had a lovely stay at V Hotel Lavender. Special thanks to Mrs. Cecilia from the Front Office who assisted me during check-in and kindly arranged a late check-out until 1 PM. Truly appreciated her warm and helpful service.

The resort has excellent amenities and ambiance.
The staff are friendly, but some of them are not very experienced. The challenging part was navigating to Mandai Wildlife Asia. The path from the rooms or the lobby is not clearly displayed. Also, the paths leading to the car park or other places in the resort can be a little confusing at times.
Overall, the resort offered a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

we booked this place last minute due to the conditions of our last hotel. This place was beautiful and clean. Not only that, the person working at the front was fantastic at pointing us to the best places to eat locally and all round great customer service. I will be recommending my friends to come stay here when they come to Singapore.

I was hesitant to book at first due to some negative reviews online, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. The room was actually clean, and what impressed me most was the housekeeping — they cleaned and even organized our things daily without being told. Very proactive and thoughtful! I’d also like to commend the front desk staff, especially Shin, who was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Overall, a pleasant stay! I hope there will be microwave.
