we had a lovely stay at V Hotel Lavender. Special thanks to Mrs. Cecilia from the Front Office who assisted me during check-in and kindly arranged a late check-out until 1 PM. Truly appreciated her warm and helpful service.

All boxes checked - location, service except for the mosquito bites of which I haven't seen a single one flying inside our room. Also perhaps the buffet breakfast could provide another main dish or protein source. LadyLord staff is very accomodating. Thank you also for the packed breakfast. Good job, guys!

Warm welcome from all the staff here at Mandai Resort. So grateful that my booking was suddenly inclusive of breakfast in the wild and admission to the Singapore Zoo for a pax of 4. Alhamdulillah rezeki 🤲🏼 Thank you so much Klook!

we booked this place last minute due to the conditions of our last hotel. This place was beautiful and clean. Not only that, the person working at the front was fantastic at pointing us to the best places to eat locally and all round great customer service. I will be recommending my friends to come stay here when they come to Singapore.

I was hesitant to book at first due to some negative reviews online, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. The room was actually clean, and what impressed me most was the housekeeping — they cleaned and even organized our things daily without being told. Very proactive and thoughtful! I’d also like to commend the front desk staff, especially Shin, who was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Overall, a pleasant stay! I hope there will be microwave.

I like the location of this hotel since there’s a convenience store and a 24 hour indian fastfood near the hotel. Will definitely be back!
