Hotel Location: This is where the hotel offers the best value for money. It's very convenient for getting to different attractions. Cleanliness: Very average, and the bathroom design has inherent flaws. Every time you shower, the floor gets completely wet, so children and the elderly need to be very careful. Not ideal. The housekeeping staff are rather careless.

One of the nicer hotels in Nha Trang with a high dedication to customer care, as is generally true of all Vinpearl properties. There was an issue with a strobing light in the room and a technician promptly addressed the matter with subsequent follow up from the guest service staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of higher quality than many of the other hotels billing themselves as 5 star properties. This hotel also has larger multi-bedroom suites suitable for families. The pool is oriented toward the northeast and as such gets very little direct sunshine at this time of year resulting in cold water.

The InterContinental Residences are located in the heart of Nha Trang, overlooking the beach, right next to the InterContinental Hotel. While perhaps not as luxurious as the hotel, the rooms are much larger, and the separate kitchen and washing machine make it a much better place to stay for longer periods. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a large room or is looking for a place to stay in Nha Trang that feels like home.

Highly recommended! The building is very new, even in the lobby they still have works in the making. We super love the view of the rooom! super cozy and we have all the things we need! 🙌🙌🙌

this was luxury at a fantastic price ! daily cleaning . clean hotel . how about the buffet breakfast. absolutely fantastic . right across from beautiful beach . lots of shops and restaurants 5/5 for everthing

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the experience became truly unforgettable thanks to their thoughtfulness. I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It really made my day and showed how much the staff care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back soon!
