The hotel has an excellent location: supermarket downstairs, subway next door, and the airport bus stop right across the street. Perfect for families and elderly travelers, as everything is close and easy to reach. Inside, there’s a currency exchange machine, pharmacy, and even a post office. The lobby offers a luggage scale, which is very handy (though I found my suitcase overweight after shopping too much—haha!). Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is lively yet quiet. Overall, a convenient and thoughtful hotel that makes exploring Seoul stress-free.

As a solo traveler this is a good choice. The place is closer to the bus and metro station. There’s convenience stores and restaurants few meters from the hotel.

Our go to and confirmed location to stay when in Myeongdong. Not only is it assessable to shopping area, there’s also lots of food and entertainment nearby.

to be fair, this is one of the best budget friendly hotel ive been. spacious and clean. its our 1st time in Korea and this location is accessible to subway close to city hall. 10-15 mins to Myeongdong Night Market. definitely we will be coming back to this hotel either in korea or japan. the staffs are friendly and can speak english very clearly. 10/10.

We had an amazing stay at Skypark Myeongdong 1! The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of the bustling Myeongdong shopping area, with easy access to the subway and tons of food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. Mr. Yang Jae-Seok and Mr. Kwon Byeong-Guk are very friendly and approachable. They gave me tips on places to visit and must try foods! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seoul—I’ll definitely be coming back!

love the location and hotel. able to check in earlier than 3pm as the room is ready. very thankful for the housekeeping and service. given free welcome snacks and drinks. there’s water dispenser on my floor.

we chose thus hotel because of the location. just criss the street from the hotel and that’s where the airport limousine is located. The hotel is also located near the naemdamun market. 5-7 min walk to City hall station, 5 min to Hyeyeon station which is a station away from Myeondong. If given the chance we will be back in the same hotel when I go to Seoul.
