It is advertised that there is a pool but there is no longer one here. Also, theres no room service? Never stayed anywhere that didnt have room service.

Would have like to know that the pool closed last April. That disappointing my grandkids but the location was phenomenal. Ordered donuts for the kids. Came out so dry we couldn’t eat them

Hotels can be a real hit or miss these days, but the Hyatt was perfect! The room was super clean, staff were friendly, and the A/C in the room was true central air, it wasn't super loud. I had a great stay!

The parking for the Hotel is a complete seperate entity. When I went to pick up my car after 3 days they billed me $162 after I already paid $90 for the parking to the hotel via Expedia.

Breakfast buffet was good. Potatoes were a bit too cool but the selection of food and that you can have a fresh omelette made were excellent! Room and view simply the best skyline view of NYC. Bar was good and food was delicious! We actually didn’t leave the hotel due to the extreme heat! But saw everything we wanted to from the lobby! Very comfortable!
