We had a great stay here and would recommend. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We were visiting during the summer, so the air conditioning was a huge plus and worked very well. The metro was within a walkable distance making it a convenient location as well.

This property was overall pretty good, only a few rooms and no elevator. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room always clean and comfortable. The location, however, is what’s driving this rating to 4. This building is close to transit, few restaurants and Gran Vía 2 (Mall) but the street looks very urban.
