We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests housekeeping multiple times. All in all it's ok.

The property has worked out, beddings are not to standards- pillows are worts, they only provide two worn out bath towels, bathroom rooms rags are like car wash station towels, ac vents full of dust, requested to be cleaned since the first day, nothing is done, WiFi connections on the rooms - spotty and something - data is faster - if your traveling while working - this is not the best hotel for you, we meet Josh on housekeeping - keeping our room neat and gave us white pillow cases- front desk team needs more sense of urgency - gave them the your room issues - they seems to no care- upon checking out this morning - only apologies is what you hear - had some room services -and summit cafe for a few breakfast- omelette cook Cristian is the only star of this hotel, he needs to be recognized by the management team . Buffet spread is great for Filipino clientele but for expats it would be struggle. Not enough selections for fresh juices, fruits and service - they need trainings! Only the restaurant manager and Christian who welcomes you every morning with a true hospitality spirit! The rest of the staff - they need hospitality training!

The hotel is not properly maintained and beddings are already old.They need to change the beddings and the tiles are already dirty

Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt gross sleeping there. Won’t return and don’t recommend unless the make some big changes.

Yes room was spotless staff extremely pleasant, friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast service

The best surprise was being upgraded to the presidential suite! Rooms were spacious and clean but the property seemed old and needed renovations. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was great. The “hot” water was not hot enough, at best it was lukewarm. Having the mall next door was awesome.

This hotel is excellent, very clean, safe and the staff are very friendly and professional, close to shopping areas, very accessible to everyone, I always stayed here everytime I come home to naga city.
