We stayed on the level suite. This suite was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the exclusive benefits of being a level member primarily dining in a private lounge. I used a spa facilities which were excellent. Bow, juliette and her team were terrific. Great roof top bar. Improvement: Its a jack and jill bathroom with no lock. Also no doors between dressing room and bathroom. Very clean, great location, fluke and the concierge desk were super helpful. Thankfully we could project to the TV in the room and follow the world cup.

Everything was good. Only problem was the bathroom shower, where the water kept coming out and wet the floor….probably need to reapply the sealant.

A quiet spot just outside central Chiang Mai, if you want an escape from the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you. The rooms are simply wonderful, with all the extras you need without having to ask. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, no question is too much for them. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, plus the breakfast is amazing (with vegetarian and vegan options) so do not hesitate to include when you book!

Beautiful and immaculate hotel, helpful concierge services, flavorful pool food, clean pool and outdoor space. The staff surprised my nephew with complimentary birthday treats, macaroons and a slice of cake. Extremely thoughtful.
