औसत से नीचे Room was above the street. Street noise was so loud I could not hear TV or sleep. Aircon was not sealed so mosquitos were in room.

I stayed there for more than 2 weeks. The best hotel in roxas coz the location is within the city limit. All staff are helpful, nice and super accommodating. Breakfast is the best too. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit roxas city.
