Location- good Breakfast- AVERAGE room - Spacious Cleanliness- AVERAGE REST ROOM - Very bad , old shower / entire rest room is very bad Bed - Worst This is not court yard standards . Probably some cheap hotel

Everything was fine Disappointed that there wasn’t an indoor no-smoking bar (it was chilly in the evening the week we were there) There was a lot of noise coming from the back of the hotel due to building works (not the hotels fault) Perfect location for the Trade Centre
