I booked the superior king ocean facing unit circa 51sqm with balcony. As a frequent traveller, the room was fine and clean. Let down was the shower fitting which was loose due to time and low pressure. It's a 5 star brand with the amenities but mediocre experience for a USD 300 per night.

This is a lovely resort with a nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach. We stayed in a two-bed room, which was spacious and well furnished. The balcony chairs were very comfortable and made the sea view even more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and the dining area offered plenty of seating options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue that affected our comfort was the air conditioning in the room — even on the lowest fan setting, the airflow was still too strong and couldn’t be adjusted to a gentler level. Thanks for everyone’s hard work!

Resort and staff were both really nice, and the free breakfast was incredible. The restaurants at the resort are very pricey, but you can easily find other options at the nearby Grand World or in the city.

Excellent hotel amazing friendly service, clean rooms, well appointed, and excellent resort landscaping and perfectly kept grounds. Excellent breakfast selection. Beach needs to be kept cleaner, whilst was quite well maintained directly in front of the property close surroundings were very polluted and lots of piles of rubbish. I understand that’s not within the direct control of the resort though it needs to be addressed if your trying to attract tourists. There was some ongoing cleaning being done on the beach so obviously some efforts are being made which are positive.
