The hotel staff were tremendously friendly and helpful
The breakfast was yummy
Coffee was instant as is the custom in 3 star hotels here
We received a free upgrade and had a very comfortable king size bed (which is not readily available here)
The A/C worked great
We had a refrigerator in the room
The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the South Gate is the old city through a residential-commercial area with other small hotels and shops and restaurants- although the sidewalks are not great - but that can be said for most of Chiang Mai
Ultimately I think it was a fair price and I would stay there again

अच्छा I'd stay for 5 days ato the hotel.The room was nice but the hotel was very humid and poorly ventilated.The room had a very strong odor in it;and when I'd informed the staff,they just told me to turn the bathroom vent fan on for 5 minutes.Overall the stay wasn't bad but the hotel could use some maintenence.

It was a wonderful trip for me. The staff of this hotel are very helpful. The room is clean too. You can enjoy sunshine and beautiful view in the morning.
