औसत से नीचे The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin and the pillows were even thinner. The blanket was very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed would also move. The room was below average for a four star hotel.

The Manager was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about our sightseeing activities!
Also spoke in English to make sure we understood!
Breakfast was good and a healthy choice,
Overall, we will share with our friends and colleagues when in Paris the Moncure is our choice!!

The staff was great. Especially the maids. They were amazing. Breakfast was also wonderful with very fresh and well prepared items. Room was a good size with plenty of electrical, it was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfy. The only down side was the lack of A/C. When we first entered the hotel it was 27 to 28c (79 to 80f) and the room was the same. We were told to turn off the unit, which we did, and the temp did get better but, when we book a hotel, we always look for A/C. We like to sleep with it very cool. I ended up sleeping with the covers off. If it were not for this I would have rated this hotel a 5.

I stayed in Levallois due to a client nearby in Neuilly sur Seine. It turned out to be great for recreation as well. Low key residential vibe, convenience stores and restaurants.
Hotel was clean, quiet. I enjoyed the charcuterie style buffet breakfast.
Everyone on staff was friendly and multilingual.
