We have requested but they said after check in they won’t arrange cleaning
Before check in must be cleaned ?? Is it our problem

Hotel and room was good. Done up to newer standards and has space. Only thing I could say, was the beds were pretty hard.

बहुत बढ़िया Quite hotel small rooms for 4 people , I suggest bigger room if more than 2. No breakfast kitchen available in room, small supermarket close by walking. In general good. Big area for shopping close it’s amazing all available all brands

The emergency alarm went off at 6 am in the morning and the staff took over an hour to sort the situation with little communication to the people staying inside in the cold about what was happening, it appeared that no one knew what they were doing, and no apology for the inconvenience, also the room upstairs had children banging and crashing around until after 11 pm , very disappointed, won’t return

Location was great. It was convenient to everything and not too far from Busan station. The floors had small gaps which may slide slightly. Everything else worked fine.

Room was spacious and worked out for 3. Came with a small kitchenette but didn’t have to use it. It is modern and location worked out for our 2 days in Kyoto. Only small negative is they had no coffee packages so buy some instant coffee from a convenience store.

24hr concierge is a big help. Free luggage storage is amazing too. Also free in room private laundry (shower room doubles as a dryer for clothes). Mini -kitchenette was a bonus but we didn’t use - got a second sink out of it which was helpful with 4 people
