Was surprised to get charged for parking. Casting to the room TVs difficult to work out. Bed was amazing and rooms superb.

I’ve traveled extensively and this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. The rooms are stunning. The whole hotel is stunning. There was a separate toilet and then a shower with sink that could be closed off with opaque glass doors. High quality amenities like Nespresso, slippers are robes. Truly an outstanding experience.

Great position in the CBD .. just 2 minutes walk from George Street..great Bath in the room I chose…nice touch to have the option borrow a tray like device so one can work in bed or on one’s lap in the relaxing chair in the room.. well say there again when in Dunedin…

Boutique hotel, new and modern. Great rooms, good location but no facilities or amenities. No bar, no evening restaurant. Nothing except a cafe that's open for breakfast through to 3pm. And $25 a night for outdoor parking at the back of the hotel.
