2/5 why lie about it, the room SUCKED!!!! No air conditioning we were marinating in our own juices of the heat we were there for 2 night and were absolutely miserable the room was hot, the shower is not private is by your bed so everyone in the room can see you naked, the toilet looks like a porta potty I hated every minute of it, I hate it the only reason why I give 2 stars is cause is within walking distance to everything so that’s location was the only good thing. I don’t recommend staying here. I felt bad as a mom to have my son in this hotel it look like a homeless shelter. No no no I just want to erase this memory out of my head.

Really good hotel. 30 minutes away from anything you want. Not a lot of options for breakfast but that's ok.

Clean, friendly, convenient location. Loved it

Sindesayuno

We were promissed Air con, which was not working even when it was boiling outside, the rooms are super cramped.

Very clean, the breakfast ok and the service good

Staff was helpful and friendly! Clean rooms

No air conditioning in any of the rooms

Polite and friendly staff. The room was very clean. Hotel is next to a metro stop so easy access to anywhere in the city. Only minor issues was the walls seemed paper thin. If you had noisy guests and are a light sleeper you might struggle. Also even with the window closed the outside noise was loud. Basic breakfast but enough choice and good coffee. The breakfast area did feel a little cramped. I have stayed in a budget ibis before so no what to expect. No complaints for the money payed to stay in central Madrid.

Great room, everything clean and perfect for what was needed: a room to just sleep.
