Had a rough start with an EXPENSIVE, tiny room with outlet and structural issues but was moved to a larger, beautiful room. Service at the front desk and room service was amazing, but our housekeeper was less than attentive to details. Overall, a very nice hotel… great service

Booked for the Fourth of July specifically to use the pool. It was packed and we were not able to use the pool at all. You need to make a reservation to use the pool. The experience was very disappointing. Hairdryer in room was broken.

Our stay at the Omni Boston at the Seaport was really wonderful. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at all of the restaurants was great. The cocktails were perfect. The place itself had everything you could have needed to enjoy your stay. The one issue we had was with housekeeping. There was a day when nobody came to clean our room and it took three outreaches to staff to get it addressed. The housekeepers we had did not replace items from the room that were used such as bottled water, tea bags, bag for the ice container which was inconvenient but did not ruin our stay. Even when we asked the housekeeper for specific items, they were not provided. I think this aspect of the hotel service could definitely be improved upon. However, we would return again despite this minor issue because overall, everything else was excellent.
