Good location. Everything in walking distance. Rooms were very clean and modern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Poor air conditioning, heating left on overnight when advised to turn off resulted in extremely poor sleep. Shower does not drain adequately and pools which isn’t very pleasant. Room provided not as advertised in images in reality much smaller. Worst of it was experiencing bed bug bites which tell you all you need to know about the cleanliness of the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend, raised this as a complaint to the manager but no response.

Front desk staff were chatty and friendly. Room was clean, but was allocated an accessible room opposite the lift, so wasn’t really in keeping with the experience we were hoping for, and was quite noisy all night.

शानदार Smart hotel with excellent staff to assist. Sofia on reception was exceptionally helpful when there was a train strike, ensuring we could get back to the airport. Very clean, spacious room with great en suite.

Nice hotel, room comfortable, clean but sparse. The lady who did my check in was lovely but day staff were pretty unhelpful. Polite but uninterested in my questions apart from basic answers
