Room was large and suitable for family stay. Cleanliness was decent. Do not expect cleaning (including change of towels) for short stays. Though the service available for a charge. A bit confused about where to dispose rubbish as only recycling and combustible waste bins are provided. So we just use our own plastic bags for incombustible wastes.
There are no receptionists onsite. Just complete the pre check-in form and the check-in process will be smooth when you arrive.
Plenty of parking space at the back of the hotel.

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.

The room was clean, and the staff good to work with. There is plenty of parking out back. Great for families. Seicomart across the street was invaluable. Unless we need to be in a different area we will have Minn Chitose at the top of our list.

Conveniently located close to the airport and walking distance to car rental. The suite was clean, spacious, and to be honest, overkill for a solo traveler. Easy check in process and friendly staff.

A modern studio apartment typical of this area with a TV area and kitchen along with an area with three beds, Japanese style on the floor. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable short stay. There is a bath tub (short but deep) and shower. There is ample parking out back. My recommendation is to park out front upon arrival to unload luggage, since that door is open during regular hours. The parking lot door does not have an entry code, so you will need to prop the door open or you will be locked out. For the instructions from the manager, I would suggest making it clear that there are 3 buildings (a,b,c), which would make the entry process a little easier. We would stay here again when flying out of CTS
